International Competition for Double Bass Making and Bow Making for Double Bass * NAMUR 2025
The Violin and Bow Making Competition is open to many artisans and creators keen to offer quality instruments to today's double bass players.
The jury composed of eminent double bass players and expert luthiers will determine the Prize(s) following a session on August 22.
The result of the Competition will be announced on August 22 at 1 p.m.
Permanent exhibition
The permanent exhibition will be held at the Grand Manège every day of the Festival between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.!
How much?
The participation fee is 150 euros for one instrument or bow and 100 euros for each additional instrument.
